So I just stumbled across this absolute gem of a video over on the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch YouTube channel, and let me tell you, it's got everything a paranormal junkie could want. We're talking UAPs, Skinwalker Ranch, Bigfoot tracks, and even a Wolverine sighting in an area where Wolverines aren't supposed to exist. Yeah, this one is wild.
The video is basically a compilation of some of the best moments from the Yreka Mountain Sasquatch investigation, and it kicks off with Kelly reflecting on a Red Cloud expedition where they found some really promising structures and tracks. If you've ever been out in the field, you know that feeling when you come across something that just feels right. Structures that could have been made by something other than a human, tracks that tell a story. That's the good stuff.
One of the things that really stood out to me was the discussion about "road squatching." For those unfamiliar with the term, it's basically when you drive along a road with one person behind the wheel and another person scanning the terrain for anything unusual. Structures, movement, anything that doesn't belong. Kelly mentions how much easier it is when you have someone experienced riding shotgun who knows what to look for. And honestly, that makes total sense. Having a second set of eyes, especially ones trained to spot anomalies, can make all the difference.
But the part that really got my attention was the Skinwalker Ranch segment. Now, I know Skinwalker Ranch is a whole rabbit hole in itself, and the Uinta Basin in Utah is basically ground zero for some of the strangest phenomena on the planet. Kelly and his buddy Duke decided to circle the perimeter of the ranch, just for fun, to see if they could capture anything unusual. And boy, did they ever.
What they ended up getting on camera is honestly hard to explain. Kelly was taking photos while Duke was filming, and they were talking about a Wolverine sighting Kelly had previously had in the area. Wolverines in the Uinta Basin are extremely rare, by the way. They're not typically found that far south. So just the fact that Kelly and his wife Jenny saw one is noteworthy on its own.
But here's where it gets really interesting. After they got home and started reviewing their footage, they noticed something in both the photos and the video. A strange, smoky white entity that seems to zip into the frame and hover around the boulder field they were focused on. The thing moves with purpose, flies over the mesa, and even hovers above the ridge line before coming back down. And it's caught on two different cameras from two different angles.
Kelly describes it as a "smoky white entity" and mentions it could be classified as an unidentified aerial phenomenon, apparition, phantom, specter, or ghostly figure. He makes a good point too. If this were just a lens flare or light reflection, it would disappear when there's nothing solid behind it for the light to bounce off of. But this thing stays visible against the sky, which rules out a simple reflection.
The timing is also bizarre. The entity appears right when Kelly is showing Duke the exact spot where he saw the Wolverine. It's almost like whatever this thing is, it was listening. Or maybe it was drawn to the location for some reason. Either way, it's the kind of footage that makes you do a double-take.
For anyone who's watched the Skinwalker Ranch television show on the History Channel, this kind of activity is actually pretty consistent with what's been reported around that area for decades. The ranch has been the subject of numerous studies over the last forty or fifty years, and strange aerial phenomena are basically a regular occurrence there. So capturing something like this while just driving around the perimeter isn't entirely surprising, but it's still pretty compelling.
The video also touches on some great tracking stories from Montana. Kelly mentions his wife Jenny, who is apparently an exceptional tracker. There's a story about them hiking near Coloma, one of Kelly's research areas, when Jenny spotted Bigfoot tracks that Kelly and Duke had completely missed. The tracks came down a hill, crossed the trail they were on, and went down into a draw. Dozens of them. And Jenny spotted them from about fifteen feet behind the group.
That story really highlights how easy it is to overlook evidence when you're not specifically looking for it. Kelly admits he was busy filming the ridgelines and horizon, and Jenny was the one paying attention to the ground. It's a good reminder that having a dedicated tracker on your team can make all the difference in the world.
There's also a funny moment where Kelly talks about accidentally stepping right in the middle of a beautiful Bigfoot track and ruining it. He says he's been extra careful ever since, walking along the side of game trails instead of down the middle just to avoid stepping on potential evidence. Anyone who's done field research can probably relate to that frustration.
Overall, this video is a solid watch for anyone interested in Sasquatch research, UAP phenomena, or just good old-fashioned paranormal investigation. The combination of Bigfoot tracking stories and the Skinwalker Ranch UAP footage makes for a really compelling viewing experience. And the chemistry between Kelly, Duke, and Jenny is great. They clearly enjoy working together, and there's talk of future collaborations, whether in Montana or Utah.
If you want to check it out for yourself, head over to the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch channel on YouTube. Just search for the Yreka Mountain Sasquatch investigation content and you should find it. Trust me, it's worth the watch. The UAP footage alone is enough to make you question everything you thought you knew about what's flying around out there.
