A new and intriguing Bigfoot encounter story has recently surfaced on the YouTube channel Mysteries Unknown. The story comes from a retired individual who moved from California to Oregon for the hunting and fishing opportunities, as well as the natural beauty of the state. The individual and their wife purchased a property in Cottage Grove, Oregon, which is approximately 100 miles south of Portland. The property is situated near government land managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and it features a big old farmhouse with a Woodshed that was converted into a shop. Upon moving into the property, the individual started to hear strange sounds at night, which they had never heard before. The sounds were not typical of any animals that the individual had heard during their hunting trips in the Sierra Nevadas or around the west coast area. The strange sounds were just the beginning of the weird experiences that the individual and their wife would have on the property. One day, while putting in a garden, the couple heard something screaming up in the woods. The sound was like a T-Rex and an African lion had a child, and it was angry. This sound marked the beginning of the Bigfoot activity on the property. The individual later attended a Bigfoot event called Beachfoot, where they met Bob Gimlin, Cliff Brockman, and other big names in the Bigfoot community. At the event, the individual met Ron Morehead, who is known for his work on the Sierra Sounds. Ron suggested that the individual contact Tobe Johnson, a local Bigfoot researcher who lived near the property. Tobe visited the property and helped the individual identify Bigfoot activity, including structures and knee impressions in the red clay embankment. The knee impressions were cast, and hair samples were sent to Cindy Dosen, a researcher who runs the Hominin Enigma Laboratory in Canada. Cindy confirmed that the hairs were unknown human-like hairs from the lower extremities of something, and they had no medulla. This discovery was significant because there have only been a few known authenticated Bigfoot hairs, and this was number six or seven. The individual and their wife had several other experiences on the property, including strange noises, motion sensor lights turning on, and a black figure standing still against the house. The individual also saw the figure move quickly and heard a sound like a horse shaking off dirt. This story is a fascinating addition to the many Bigfoot encounter stories out there. The details of the knee impressions and hair samples provide compelling evidence that something unusual is happening on the property. The individual's experiences and the subsequent investigation by Tobe Johnson add to the intrigue of the story.
