Ohio Bigfoot Investigator Recounts Strange Encounters and Evidence

A retired construction worker from Ohio is making waves in the Bigfoot community after sharing some jaw-dropping encounters on a recent podcast episode. He and his wife decided to camp at a horse camp in the Wayne National Forest in eastern Ohio, right outside a tiny little town called New Straitsville. Now, why did he pick that spot? Because apparently, over 100 people showed up to a Sasquatch evidence presentation there once, and Paul figured if that many folks were interested, something had to be going on in those woods. Smart thinking, honestly. So they get there late, pitch their tent in the dark, and settle in for the night. Twice in four years, something slammed into the side of their house so hard it woke them up. Once it was around 10 PM when only his wife was home, and another time it was 2 AM and they both heard it. Paul got up to check, expecting to find a fallen tree branch, but there was nothing. No debris, no broken limbs, nothing. That's the kind of thing that'll make you sleep with one eye open. Then there's the reservoir near his place, about 200 acres of woods that he's been exploring extensively for the past four years. He's found some seriously intriguing stuff out there. First, there was this massive horizontal branch, about 5 to 6 inches in diameter on average, that he estimates weighed around 165 pounds. It was positioned in a way that clearly wasn't natural, and the branches used to build it came from other trees nearby. Paul, being a construction guy, knows his measurements, and he's confident no kid could have hauled that thing in there. Fast forward two years, and suddenly that structure had a whole new look. Branches were leaning against it all the way around, teepee-style, and there were a ton of sticks added to it. This all appeared overnight, which is exactly the kind of thing that makes you do a double-take. And then there are the footprints. Paul found them going out into the water at a little lake on the property back in April. They were about 12 to 13 inches long, roughly the same size as his own feet, but the stride was almost five feet. In cold, sloshy mud. He doesn't see how any human could have made those tracks, especially with that kind of stride length in those conditions.
