A new YouTube channel, Bigfoot Today, has caught my attention and I'm excited to share it with my fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts. The channel's premiere episode, "Sullivan Creek Sasquatch," features hosts Steph Major and Mitch the Man Johnson discussing all things Bigfoot. One of the topics they touch on is the lack of recent sightings and the fear that many people have of coming forward with their experiences. They mention that many people are still ashamed to share their sightings, fearing they will be ridiculed or labeled as crazy. This is something that I think many of us can relate to, as it's a common experience for those who have had encounters with the elusive Sasquatch. Mitch also brings up the issue of the timing of sightings, using the example of people in Alaska warning him about grizzly bears in certain areas. He points out that even though the sightings may be old, they are still relevant and should be taken seriously. Steph and Mitch also discuss the famous Patterson-Gimlin film and how it is still the benchmark for Bigfoot footage. They express their desire to see new, high-quality footage that can help move the field forward. One thing that I found particularly interesting was their mention of recent sightings in Ponderay County, Stevens County, and Spokan County. They don't have all the details of these reports, but it's still exciting to hear that there have been sightings in these areas. Overall, I'm excited to see what this new YouTube channel has to offer. I think Steph and Mitch bring a fresh perspective to the Bigfoot community and I'm looking forward to seeing what they cover in future episodes. I encourage all of my fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts to check out Bigfoot Today and see what they think.
